Elvish Yadav's arrest on March 17, under suspicion of providing snake venom at a purported rave gathering in Noida, marked the beginning of a legal saga. Subsequently, he was remanded to 14-day judicial custody after appearing in court. However, just five days following his arrest, he secured bail in the drugs-related aspect of the case. Notably, Elvish Yadav was among the individuals named in an FIR lodged at Noida's Sector 49 Police Station in November of the previous year.
